FAQs

Do you sell breeding stock, semen, or embryos?

Yes. We offer premium Wagyu genetics, including breeding stock, semen (straws), and embryo opportunities. Contact us directly to discuss current availability and your breeding goals.

What does AA10 mean?

AA10 is one of the highest designations in Wagyu genetics. AA refers to desirable fat composition, while 10 represents the highest tenderness score based on Igenity testing. Cattle that achieve an AA10 score are exceptionally rare and are recognized for their superior fat quality, lower melting point, outstanding tenderness, and the ultimate Wagyu eating experience.

Do you offer LIVE Wagyu Angus cross cattle?

Yes. We offer Fullblood, Purebred, F3, F2, and F1 Wagyu breeding stock, giving producers a range of options to build or strengthen their Wagyu program with premium genetics.

How can I purchase your farm-to-table beef?

Our beef is sold directly through our email list. Because quantities are limited, subscribers receive first notice when freezer packs, individual cuts, and beef orders become available. Join the list here.

Do you genetically test your cattle?

Yes. We utilize genetic testing and carefully monitor known Wagyu genetic conditions to support responsible breeding decisions and long-term herd quality.

I'm interested in adding Wagyu to my herd. Where do I start?

Reach out to us. We'd be happy to discuss your operation, answer questions about Wagyu genetics, and help you determine whether breeding stock, semen, or embryos are the best fit for your goals.
